These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Onside IT website and the services we provide. By contacting us or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Our services

Onside IT provides IT support, cybersecurity, cloud services, and network management to individuals and businesses. The specific scope of any engagement will be agreed in writing before work begins.

3. Quotes and pricing

All prices shown on this website are indicative and include GST. A firm quote will be provided before any work commences. We will not perform work beyond the agreed scope without your prior approval.

4. Payment

Payment is due within 14 days of invoice unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfer and credit card. Overdue accounts may incur a late payment fee of 2% per month and services may be suspended.

5. No fix, no fee

Where we are unable to resolve your issue, you will not be charged for labour. This applies to standard support jobs. It does not apply where a fix requires hardware parts, third-party services, or where the issue is outside our reasonable control. We will always advise you before any charges apply.

6. Seniors & pensioner discount

A 15% discount applies to all services for seniors and pensioners. Please mention this at the time of enquiry. Documentation such as a pension card or seniors card may be required.

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, Onside IT's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect losses, data loss, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
